This time is to learn about you - A comprehensive analysis of your health goals and concerns. We will go over your health history and form a personalised dietary meal plan, nutritional medicine suggestions and lifestyle recommendations during this time.

I will email you a pre-consultation form that will allow me to gather a picture of your health history to date.

Health Fund rebates available

During the initial consultation, you may be recommended nutritional supplementation please note this is not included in consultation fee. All testing and supplements are additional . Eloise has a nutritional dispensary where you can purchase recommended prescriptions as well as an online portal for online clients, this is a very fast way to access a large range of practitioner only products.

This is thorough review of how the treatment plan has been working for you, presenting health concerns, discussion of any relevant pathology or test results that may have been ordered, further dietary and lifestyle recommendations and alterations to current treatment if required. Any amendments to treatment plan

The consultation will involve assessment of the medical history of both partners and discussion of your fertility journey. Pathology tests will be examined and referrals given for further testing, where needed. Menstrual cycle, lifestyle modifications, diet changes and supplements will be discussed.

These appointments are for those whom are pregnant, without presenting with serious health conditions and would like support during pregnancy. 

This appointment will work the same as an initial appointment but will be tailored to pregnancy care and nutrition support.
